RTS begins casting for Euro Lice (Euro Face)

On 15th and 16th of September, in RTS head building, there was the casting of the candidates applied for EURO LICE (Euro Face). From 800 applicants, the commission consisted of Natasa Miljkovic (journalist, Serbia and Montenegro 2004 votes announcer), Darko Kamarit and Sandra Susa (the head editor of the RTS entertainment program) chose 120 candidates, which had to undergo tests of the general culture knowledge, the English language tests and audi-visual test.

In the next couple of days, the same commission will narrow the selection to 48 candidates (24 female and 24 male ones). Some of the applicants, like Baby Doll (Yugoslavia 1991), Andjelija Vujovic, Aleksandar Djordjevic, Bojan Bijelic, Ivan Golusin, Vanja Milicic, Jelena Kovacevic, Milan Milavic already have public hosting experience.

MILICA DMITRASINOVIC
Milica was born in Novi Sad. She is 12 years old.She is in the fifth grade of the Milos Crnjanski Elementary School.
Milica has been interested in music and singing since early childhood. She participated in the children's festival "Magic". The Junior Eurovision Song Contest will help her get more experience and enable her to meet many new friends.

ALEKSANDRA MITROVIC
Aleksandra is 13 years old. She lives in Pozega where she finished the sixth grade of primary school. Aleksandra started singing in 2003. She has participated in many children's festivals in Serbia, Bosnia&Herzegovina, Montenegro, Poland, Ukraine... She has won many awards. Singing is not her only passion. She writes music and dances as well. She has been competing in various State Dance Competitions since 2005. She likes to paint, travel, go out with her friends, use the Internet and play with her Barbie doll. Above all, she likes to sing.

LUNA PARK
"Luna Park" is a three-member band from Nis. In 2004, Andjela, Sara and Djole decided to form a music band. Their first performance was at the 2004 May Song Festival. They won the first award in several categories and made a great success at all festivals that followed. Andjela is fourteen. She is in the eighth grade of primary school. Andjela attends a music school (the Guitar Department). She plays the acoustic and electric guitar. Sara is eleven years old. She goes to a music school and plays the violin. She loves roses and cactuses. She wants to be a pop star or a flight attendant when she grows up. Djole is ten years old. He plays the guitar and drums. However, he wants to be a top tennis player.

KAROLINA LODI
Karolina Lodi was born in Zrenjanin, in 1995.  She is in the sixth grade of the Jovan Ducic Elementary School in Klek. She learned the first songs from her grandparents who listened to the old Hungarian folk songs. Her mother taught her the notes. In 2005, Karolina made her first performance at the Sveti Sava Festival in Zrenjanin. She has participated in various national and international children's festivals. Karolina started practicing karate seven years ago. She likes animals and pretty dolls.

GORANA JABLANOVIC
Gorana lives in Belgrade. She is twelve. She goes to an elementary school and attends a music school as well. She has taken part in many competitions and made a great success. She plays the piano, sings, writes music and lyrics. She has won several awards. Gorana appeared in numerous TV shows for children. She wants to be a successful pianist and a pop singer when she grows up.

EMILIJA & TEODORA DZELATOVIC
Emilija and Teodora are sisters. They are twelve years old. They were born in Pristina and they have an older brother Nikola. They live in Kragujevac where they attend the Sveti Sava Elementary School. They also go to the Miloje Milojevic Music School (Piano Department). They listen to all kinds of music. Emilija and Teodora took part in various competitions – “Little Virtuoso" in Belgrade, the contest of young pianists; children's festivals "Magic" and "Children are singing hit songs".

NEVENA BOZOVIC
Nеvеna Bо
zоvic is 13 years old. She lives in Kosovska Mitrovica, a town on the river Ibar. She has won the awards at many children's festivals, such as "Chirp from the Ibar", "Magic", the Sveti Sava Festival in Zrenjanin, the Children's Festival in Krusevac, etc. She has enrolled in a Music School. In winter, she likes skiing and in summer she likes swimming, playing basketball, riding a bicycle and rollerblading. She has been interested in tennis lately. She likes to sing both domestic and foreign songs, especially ballads. As soon as she finishes music school, she will enrol in the Music Academy and become professionally engaged in music.

ZONE 2 GIRLS
Tamara, Danica and Dunja are twelve years old. They go to the Vladislav Ribnikar Elementary School in Belgrade.
Tamara plays the piano. She goes to the Dr Vojislav Vuckovic Music School. She has tried her skills as a model. She became a ballet dancer when she was four years old. Danica is taking piano lessons in Lugano, Switzerland, where she moved after finishing the first four grades of primary school. Dunja plays tennis and likes to travel. The members of the Zone 2 Girls like to read and get new acquaintances. They are the fans of The Pussycat Dolls, Rihanna, Beyonce, Shakira.

IVA BLAZIC
Iva Blazic was born in Arandjelovac, in 1994. She is an excellent pupil and she loves music. Her greatest passion besides singing is writing lyrics and music. She is also interested in modern dance. She has attended various music events. She dreams of becoming a famous singer. She idolizes Marija Serifovic and Aleksandra Radovic.

KATERINA OTASEVIC
Katarina is thirteen years old. She is in the eighth grade of primary school. She attends the Isidor Bajic Music School in Novi Sad. She plays the piano. At the age of five, she made the first recording for the Radio Novi Sad. Music has been a part of her life ever since. She won the awards at many children's festivals, such as "Golden Bell" in Novi Sad, "May Song" in Nis, "Golden Flake" in Montenegro. She writes music and lyrics.

News from Beoton company-owned by manager of Marija Serifovic

People from Beoton, company that is responsible for career of Eurovision winner, are claiming that Serbian National Television RTS is making up stories about Marija Serifovic?

 

Press conference will be held on Friday 14 September, with the two participants Marija Serifovic and the representative of Beoton, with the aim to speak about that miss leaded words and information that came from RTS and regarding Marija Serifovic, on the same day when key exchanging of two cities, Helsinki and Belgrade, is planned to happen.

 

The official announcement for tomorrows key exchange is that winner of ESC2007 Marija Serifovic will not be present at the ceremony.
